BEGINNER LEVEL

What to expect

Here I will assess your strengths and body flexibility based on your goals. I will run you through the basic exercises.

These sessions move at a slow pace and help you get comfortable with what you do. You will receive full support to get into the practice regimen.

INTERMEDIATE/SKILL ACCELERATION LEVEL

What to expect

You may be a student:
• Looking for personal classes for enhanced attention;
• starting the classes after a break; or,
• pursuing the class for specific health goals.

These sessions will take you through dynamic moves and is ideal if you have a basic understanding of the fundamental exercises and transitional movements.

ADVANCED LEVEL

What to expect

If you are looking at health and fitness goals, or a steady ongoing practice/ more challenges, these sessions are certainly for you.

FLOOR WORKOUTS

Did you know that we use our Abs a lot in everyday life and during workouts? The muscles in our mid-section are used every day transferring force from the pelvic to the shoulder – whether you are walking, reaching, balancing, getting up from a chair, throwing, punching, or simply standing upright. They are constantly working to keep you stable and supported in every movement you make.

Isn’t it worth showing them some love?

That’s why I recommend floor workouts because when you exercise on the floor, you are most likely to use your core. My exercises mainly focus on engaging the full ‘core’ – lumbo-pelvic and the shoulders.

Squats, planks, Yogasanas, or deadlifts-I use a combination to help you build muscle strength, improve flexibility, aid weight balance, and develop stability.

NATURAL WEIGHT TRAINING

Being a successful, award-winning Natural Vegan Bodybuilder is all about having a good muscle size and low-body to fat percentage without resorting to any artificial performance-enhancing substitutes.

I offer well-constructed balanced workout programs that focus on natural methods to help you build a symmetrical striated physique, muscle definition, symmetry, and endurance strength through training, natural diets, and recovery programs.

As an established Celebrity Fitness Trainer, I can work with your fitness transformation goal- shifting a few unwanted pounds to tone up or reshape your physique. My sessions are optimally designed to deliver your required result and are discrete respecting the privacy you demand to stay focused and get in shape.

Research estimates that 90% -95% of the time, we are operating from our “subconscious on autopilot, reliving patterns our brain has created to preserve its energy. It only means that we use our conscious brain less than 10 % of the time!”

The subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind-something our forefathers knew and used effectively. Training helps in removing the self – imposed barriers and unfolds its potential.

As an independent Yoga Practitioner and Trainer, I offer classes in Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to help you achieve your lifestyle goals, find your core strength and connect with yourself. And all this at your pace!

Yoga is a 5000- year old Indian philosophy on the mind and body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to enhance physical, emotional and mental well-being. It is for every age, body type and fitness level.

Meditation is all about knowing yourself better and accepting who you are.

I will teach and guide you to adopt effective and systematic meditation techniques that will help you feel more present in your everyday life even as you connect to a deeper sense of self -awareness.

Do you realize that we don’t use our entire lung capacity in our everyday activities? Improper breathing is linked to major diseases, stress, and fatigue.

Pranayamas are powerful yogic breathing techniques that teach us how to breathe correctly activate the energy chakras in our body and strengthen our body and mind.  My sessions are designed to teach you breathing techniques that will help you heal, stay relaxed and in control.

My classes incorporate the best of these three disciplines which include deep relaxation and systematical progression of physical postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and self-inquiry meditation for your safe practice and well-being of body, mind, and soul.
