I am Karuppanan Venkatesan –a Vegan Body Builder and Fitness Expert And I am here to help you make good health and well-being a valued part of your life.
Natural Vegan Body Builder
I specialize in personal training, body building, body recomposition, strength, and everyday fitness, with a special focus on Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. A holistic approach and evidence-based fitness and training programs define my work which I customize to equip and empower you towards specific health goals.
I am a Natural Vegan Body Builder and endorse veganism. It largely reflects my personal belief that one doesn’t need meat to bulk up and my rebellion against the steroid culture. My routines are founded on a highly nutritious natural vegan diet, meticulously timed with workout schedules to help me perform at a high level.
I have won several Body Building Titles and competitions as a Vegan, both in the domestic and international arenas.
I am currently preparing myself for the Natural Mr. World and Natural Mr. Olympia ( USA ) Competition to be held in November 2022.
My training expertise combines two decades of work experience and over 50,000 hours training time with clients in India and the USA.
My clients include beginners, enthusiasts, sports professionals preparing for multisport competitions, athletes, fitness conscious individuals, celebrities, actors preparing for a specific screen role, award-winning bodybuilders, and hard- working professionals.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Religion and Philosophy and a Diploma In Yoga from Madurai Kamaraj University.
I am based in Hyderabad, India, and train clients across geographies.
